Ask about a founding spotThe offer
AstraWake AI builds one AI employee around your business, trains it before you meet it, and installs it on your computer over a screen share. It drafts, researches and follows up. You review its work the way you would review any employee's, at a fraction of what one costs to hire.
“Do you clean patios? Ours could use some attention. What would you need to give us an estimate?”
Thanks for reaching out to Sierra Ridge. Yes, we clean patios.
Could you share a few photos of the patio and its approximate size?
Those details help us understand the work before we talk about an estimate.
Illustrative example with a fictional business. Nothing is sent or collected.
The short version
An AI employee from AstraWake AI is a trained AI that works on your computer, with your accounts, under rules you set.
Every build starts with the single job you would hand off first. It is installed remotely and working the same day, and further jobs are added once that first one is proven.
The build is $4,999. The founding rate is $2,999 with 3 spots remaining. Adding new capabilities later is an optional $499 per month.
It drafts, researches and follows up, and you review its work before anything is sent, filed or published. It does not answer your phone, and connections to industry software are quoted separately.
As of October 2026, this is the only thing AstraWake AI sells.
How it is built
You never get a box of software to figure out. You get one working job, tuned with you, then the next.
The task that eats your mornings: replies, quote follow-ups, a monthly newsletter, a file to map. We define it together, with a clear start and finish, before anything is built.
Wesley trains the AI employee on your services, your tone and your standing instructions. The first drafts you see already read like you wrote them.
A screen-share session on your own computer. You approve the first real drafts that day. For 45 days it gets adjusted until the output comes out the way you would do it. Jobs two and three follow when you are ready.
What it handles
Every build starts with one job and grows from there. Here is what that looks like in three trades.
Follows up on every quote, drafts replies to customer inquiries, answers review notifications and keeps your pricing consistent everywhere you publish it. The office work that never ends.
AI employees for home servicesResearches the referral partners you want more business from, drafts a monthly newsletter to them in your voice, and reports back who opened and replied, so you know exactly who to call.
AI employees for insurance agenciesDrafts discovery questions and deposition outlines. Reads a medical file and maps every provider, every treatment gap and every missing record. Hours of paralegal work, delivered as a draft for your review.
AI employees for law firmsNot your trade? The pattern holds: we find the repeating work, train your AI employee on it, and you get your hours back.
Not sold. Shown.
At a business networking meeting, Wesley gave a presentation while his own AI employee worked. During the hour he was on stage, it researched every member's business, checked how each one shows up in ChatGPT and Google's AI results, wrote a personalized report for each of them, and emailed the reports out. By the time he sat down, the room had them in their inboxes.
"I want to know how you create an employee that can access your computer and just send the email!!!"
The first reply that came back
This page is the answer. You can have one of your own.
See one work, step by stepYour rules. Your data. Your employee.
Nowhere new. It runs on your own business account, under commercial terms where your data is never used to train AI models. Your files stay on your machine.
You do. It drafts. You review before anything is sent, filed or published. Pricing, promises and anything that matters wait for your judgment.
Law firms get a build that follows the State Bar of California's guidance on generative AI. Insurance agencies get one configured around their confidentiality and supervision obligations. You get the paperwork.
You keep your AI employee, the account it runs on, and written instructions for running it yourself. No lock-in, on purpose.
What it costs
An AI employee is a one-time build, not a subscription you forget about. The founding rate is a lower price, not a smaller AI employee.

Side by side
Compared on the three things that decide it.
| Factor | AI employee | ChatGPT on its own | Part-time admin |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it knows about your business | Trained on your business, your voice and your standing instructions before you meet it, and it keeps them. | Remembers what you tell it, but you do the teaching and the upkeep yourself. | Learns your business on the job. |
| What it costs | $4,999 once ($2,999 at the founding rate, 3 spots remaining), plus an optional $499 per month for new capabilities. | About $20 a month for a paid plan, as of July 2026. | $1,500 to $2,500 every month. |
| What it cannot do | Answer your phone, visit a customer, or make a judgment call that needs a person. | Remember your business, work inside your accounts, or run a standing job without you. | Work while nobody is at the computer. |
Questions owners ask
A trained AI that lives on your computer and works with your real accounts and files, under rules you set. It drafts your documents, researches your questions and handles the repeating work you never get to. It is not a chatbot on a website. It is closer to a new hire who already knows your business on day one, because Wesley trains it on your business before you ever meet it.
ChatGPT remembers what you tell it, but you do the teaching and the upkeep yourself. Your AI employee arrives already set up with your business, your voice, your documents and your standing instructions. The difference shows up in the output: generic answers versus work that reads like your own.
Your AI employee runs on your own business account under commercial terms where your data is never used to train AI models. Your files stay on your machine. It reads material only through your own business-tier account, never through free consumer tools. You get a written one-pager on exactly how it is set up.
No. You talk to your AI employee in plain English, the same way you would brief a person. Wesley installs everything with you over a screen share, trains it before you meet it, and shows you how to work with it. If you can send an email, you can run an AI employee.
You keep your AI employee. It is installed on your machine, you own the account it runs on, and it comes with written instructions for running it yourself. The monthly arrangement pays for Wesley to keep making it smarter, and it is optional.
That depends on your business, which is the point. For an attorney, day one might be drafting discovery and finding the gaps in a medical file. For an insurance agent, researching referral partners and writing a monthly newsletter to them. For a contractor, quotes, follow-ups and review responses. We set up one job first and confirm it is working before we add the other two.
It cannot answer your phone, visit a customer, do physical work, or make the judgment calls that need a person. It drafts and researches; you review before anything is sent, filed or published. Connections to your industry software are scoped and quoted separately, so the first job is chosen to run without any integration.
Before you decide
He reads every one personally and replies with an honest answer: what an AI employee could take off your plate, what it would cost, and if the truth is you do not need one for this, he will say that too.
